At TT Festival, Nieuws van de Bouw explored whether their platform — originally developed for the construction sector — could also function in a festival setting. Instead of a phone line, locals received messages via the platform and could respond easily. The test yielded valuable insights on communication style, timing, and frequency.

The results? A major leap forward: from three assignments to over a hundred.

The test continued at Oerol, where they ran a live blog and enabled visitors to report issues via QR posters across the festival site. Although visibility of the posters was limited, important reports still came through — such as a tripping hazard near a stage, which the Oerol team quickly resolved.
